The Promotion.

The promotion, which was run in 9 countries across Europe, offered consumers purchasing selected printers during the promotional period, the chance to claim a free 1 night’s stay in a 4 star Hotel.

How Entry Worked.

In order to claim, the consumer had to visit the promotional website and complete the registration within 14 days of purchase. They then had to submit the resulting paperwork, together with their proof of purchase, via post to the promotional postal address, which must have been received within 14 days of registration.

Winning.

Upon receipt and validation, the consumer was then sent a booking reference and instruction email with details of how to make a booking. The booking was then made through a dedicated website which required the consumer’s booking reference in order to gain access to make a booking.

Coverage.

EMIRAT provided full coverage of the financial risk of the promotion, the build and hosting of multilingual websites as well as full handling and fulfilment of the promotion in the 9 respective countries.

For their work on this promotion, EMIRAT won a COGS award for handling and fulfilment.
